Composer's Notes:
I wrote this wedding anthem for my friends Scott and Deb Humrickhouse when they were married back in 1978. It is a setting of a beautiful text from Song of Solomon 2: 10-13 and is particularly appropriate for spring and summer ceremonies ("for the winter is past, the rain is over and gone . ."). It has been sung often at weddings, recitals and worship services.
