Composer's Notes:
This is the middle movement in a set of five pieces which I wrote back in 1982 and gave to my little sister Deanna on her thirteenth birthday. It is accessible to the serious middle or high school student. This melody is also in the accompaniment of another lullaby, A Cradle Song, for SSAA voices, in my choral set Three About Babies.
